The Training Academy Programme (TAP) continues to make significant strides in empowering women through skills development. In March and April 2025, TAP hosted two successful graduation ceremonies in Matimatolo and eShane, KwaZulu-Natal, celebrating the achievements of 180 women and men who completed their ICT training.
These graduates are now equipped with the skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to their communities and the broader economy. The impact of TAP extends beyond the classroom, fostering confidence, leadership, and a sense of purpose among its participants.
